To ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible, please review our delivery guidelines below. Depending on the size and weight of the items, your order will be dispatched as either a parcel or a pallet delivery.

Parcel Delivery (Standard Items)

• Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 working days.

• Assembly: Products may arrive fully assembled or part-assembled for self-assembly. Please check the individual product description for specific details regarding your item.

Pallet Delivery (Large or Heavy Items)

• Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 working days.

• Delivery Days: Monday to Friday only.

• How it Works: The delivery driver will typically leave the pallet at the front of your property (e.g., on a driveway or in a front garden). Please note: This is only possible if there is adequate access and a suitable, solid surface for the driver to use a manual pump truck.

• Kerbside Delivery: If your property lacks a suitable surface or access is limited, the delivery will be made to the nearest safe kerbside. We highly recommend being at home when the driver arrives so you can unload the pallet and safely move your items onto your property.

• Vehicle Size: Pallet deliveries require large tail-lift vehicles. Please expect a vehicle that is at least the size of a standard refuse collection lorry.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Restricted Access & Potential Fees

Please carefully consider the size, weight, and turning space required for large delivery vehicles to reach your address.

• Notify Us in Advance: If there are any potential issues with limited or restricted access to your delivery point (e.g., narrow lanes, tight corners, weight limits, or dead ends), you must inform us well before your delivery date.

• Smaller Vehicles: If we are notified in advance, most of our couriers can arrange for a smaller delivery vehicle to accommodate restricted access areas.

• Failed Delivery Fees: If a courier arrives for a scheduled delivery and is unable to access the property because we were not informed of access restrictions, we reserve the right to apply a redelivery fee. Any charges we incur from the courier for failed delivery attempts due to undisclosed access issues will be passed on to the customer.
