General Delivery (UK Mainland)
Standard Lead Time: 3-5 working days.
Smaller Items (Parcels): Delivered quickly and efficiently to almost all UK addresses.
Large / Heavy Items (Pallets): Bulky garden furniture and arbours are safely delivered via trusted pallet networks.
Delivery Surcharges (Ex VAT) Due to courier logistics, the following postcodes incur a delivery surcharge on top of the standard shipping fee:
£40 Surcharge (£80 for double pallets): Scottish Highlands & Isle of Wight (AB, DD, IV1-40, IV52-54, IV57, KW1-14, PH1-14, PO30-41).
£65 Surcharge: Northern Ireland (All BT postcodes).
